Setup is done. Start in your assistant.

Open the assistant you chose in Morrow and start a new chat. Ask: Use Morrow to list the modules in [course name]. Tell me anything you could not read. Do not change the course. Replace the course name with your own. Your assistant answers there.

In the ChatGPT desktop app, check Settings → MCP servers for morrow; type /mcp in the composer to view connected servers. In other assistants, follow the tool permission request they show. If Morrow has not confirmed the assistant, quit it completely, reopen it, then return to Morrow and select the assistant check.

Keep a signed-in course tab open in Chrome. If setup was interrupted, reopen Morrow and follow its next action. If a change has an unconfirmed result, use the recovery help below before trying any change again.

Get Morrow working.

Course work happens in the ChatGPT desktop app, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, or Gemini CLI; Morrow connects it to your courses.

Choose setup, connection help, or course request help below.

Tested Support

Choose a setup with its test limits in view.

A local test checks Morrow’s behavior with controlled inputs. A live test checks an actual course. These are separate checks.

Canvas

Selected course tasks have live test-course evidence. This does not prove every Canvas operation or every school sign-in flow.

Moodle

On Mac and Windows, Morrow works with Moodle. We have checked part of the Moodle catalog on a Moodle test course. Many Moodle tasks have local tests only.

Morrow Bridge for Muse is a separate setup, and it works with Canvas. Moodle on that Muse path is an early development version and has not been tested on a live Moodle site. Pair Moodle through Morrow’s private sign-in helper. The Moodle checks above apply to the Mac and Windows app.

Your assistant and computer

Assistant settings have local checks. A complete live setup-and-course scenario for every assistant is still in progress. Your school’s SSO, MFA, and device policy can require extra setup.

Connection Help

Fix the failed connection.

Choose the message that matches what you see.

Morrow does not appear in your assistant.

Quit the assistant completely. Closing its window is not enough. Open it again and start a new chat.

If Morrow still does not appear, open the Morrow app and do the step it shows. On Quit and reopen your assistant, select Check with your assistant’s name, such as Check ChatGPT. On Choose your assistant, Morrow is missing from that assistant’s settings: choose it and select Set up with its name, such as Set up ChatGPT. If Home shows no step, open Settings. Under Setup you can change, select Set up next to that assistant if it is there. If Morrow asks you to repair it, select Repair Morrow.

Morrow Bridge is not in Chrome.

In Morrow, select Show Bridge folder. In Chrome, open Extensions, then Manage Extensions. Turn on Developer mode, select Load unpacked, and choose the folder Morrow showed you.

Morrow Bridge will not connect.

Open the Morrow app, then open Morrow Bridge in Chrome and select Pair Morrow. If Morrow Bridge says Morrow could not confirm this copy of Morrow Bridge, select Show Bridge folder in the Morrow app, load that folder with Load unpacked on Chrome’s Manage Extensions page, and select Pair Morrow again.

Your learning account will not pair.

Sign in to Canvas or Moodle in Chrome and open any course. Open Morrow Bridge and select Pair Canvas account or Pair Moodle account. Choose Allow for the exact site Chrome shows. You pair each account once.

Choose Selected courses to allow specific courses in Plan and Edit settings. Choose Account access to work across your account without selecting each course. Give your assistant course names, course IDs, or course links. You can switch modes without pairing again. Edit permission stays separate.

Your school manages Chrome.

Ask the person who manages Chrome whether the school allows Developer mode, unpacked extensions, and Morrow Bridge.

Course Request Help

Check the course before you continue.

Use what the course shows now to decide the next step.

Morrow could not confirm a change.

Do not send the same change again. Ask your assistant to check the earlier change. If it still cannot confirm the result, check the item yourself in Canvas or Moodle. Then ask your assistant to let you close the earlier change, open the link it gives you in Chrome, and select I checked it in Canvas: close this change (for a Moodle item, it names Moodle). Until you do, Morrow does not send another change to that item. After that, ask for a new change from what the course shows now.

Morrow needs a course file.

Open Plan and Edit settings, then turn on Course file access. Chrome then asks you to let Morrow Bridge reach all HTTPS sites, because Canvas can keep course files at other web addresses.

Morrow Bridge for Muse Help

Troubleshoot your Muse connection.

Tell Muse what happened. Morrow Bridge for Muse works with Canvas. Moodle is in early development and still needs live testing. To connect Canvas, ask Muse to follow the Morrow Bridge for Muse guide. For Moodle, pair your Moodle account through Morrow using its private sign-in helper.

Your Canvas sign-in expired.

Muse pauses Canvas changes and tells you what it stopped before sending. A change may already be in Canvas. Sign in again through your school. Morrow checks the course first before preparing an interrupted change again. If Muse does not offer this, ask it to reconnect Morrow to Canvas. If your Morrow-paired Moodle sign-in expires, ask Muse to pair Moodle again through Morrow.

Setup stopped before it finished.

Ask Muse which step stopped and what it reported. Fix the issue it names, such as your school’s Canvas address. Then ask Muse to set up Morrow again by following the Morrow Bridge for Muse guide.

You want to disconnect Canvas.

Ask Muse to disconnect Morrow from Canvas. Muse asks you to confirm, then removes its Canvas sign-in and checks each step. Your Morrow-paired Moodle sign-in stays until you remove it. To remove the Morrow package and its local data, ask Muse to uninstall Morrow Bridge for Muse.

Muse says it cannot do a task.

Morrow Bridge for Muse works with Canvas. Moodle is in early development and has not been tested on a live Moodle site. A Moodle account can be paired through Morrow’s private sign-in helper. Tell Muse which course and material you want to work with. Plan, Edit, and student labels are for Canvas work. See the Morrow Bridge for Muse page for examples.

Personal Support

Still need help?

Email hello@meetmorrow.app. Include the assistant and computer you use, whether the course is in Canvas or Moodle, the step you were on, and what you expected to happen. For Morrow Bridge for Muse, include the Morrow Bridge for Muse version, which Muse can tell you, and the step where Muse stopped.

Keep student information out of email. Do not send student records, passwords, sign-in details, or screenshots that show student information.

What we have tested.

Morrow works with Canvas and Moodle on Mac and Windows. We have checked selected Canvas tasks on live test courses, and part of the Moodle catalog on a Moodle test course. Live checks for every assistant are still underway.
